In view of the judgment in W.P.(C)<\/p>\n<p>No.35551\/04,   it   is   submitted   that   nothing   survives   in   the   writ<\/p>\n<p>petition.     It   is   accordingly   closed,   with   a   direction   to   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to sell the vehicle, if not already sold, within a period<\/p>\n<p>of   one   month.
