SIRI JAGAN, J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  W.P.(C)No.32242 of 2010\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n          Dated this the 26th day of October, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The respondents prepared a rank list for appointment<\/p>\n<p>of provisional Drivers in the 4th respondent Panchayat. As<\/p>\n<p>per Ext.P2, such provisional appointments have to be only<\/p>\n<p>for 89 days and on completion of 89 days such engagements<\/p>\n<p>should be discontinued and fresh hands should be engaged<\/p>\n<p>from the same list, contends the petitioner. The petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>grievance now is that, despite the above legal position, the<\/p>\n<p>provisional Drivers already appointed from the list is being<\/p>\n<p>continued without offering chance to the other persons in<\/p>\n<p>the list for being engaged as provisional Drivers. Detailing<\/p>\n<p>this   grievance,      the      petitioner         has      filed Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 4th respondent. Petitioner seeks a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P5 as expeditiously as possible.<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No.32242 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the standing counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>the respondents 1 to 3 also. In the nature of the order<\/p>\n<p>I propose to pass I do not think it necessary to issue notice<\/p>\n<p>to the 4th respondent at this juncture.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having heard the counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the standing counsel for respondents 1 to 3, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate within a period of one month from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording<\/p>\n<p>an opportunity of being heard to all concerned.<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner shall forward a copy of the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>along with a certified copy of this judgment to the<\/p>\n<p>4th respondent for compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              S.
