Maharajganj, District Siwan.\n                                                                           -------Petitioner\n                                                  Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar\n                                                                     -----Opposite Party\n                                              -----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-    17\/10\/2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner apprehends his arrest, in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Janta Bazar P.S.
