Provide photocopy of the Admission Register of year 1985, minimum\npercentage marks fixed for admission in 1985. Provide photocopy of the all documents enclosed\nby the students with application form. Provide details of result of said session 85-87(name of\nstudents &amp; their passing division).\n\nPIO's Reply:\n\"As per long register of trainees total trainees admitted during 1985 were 838, out of which 21\ntrainees pertain to Electronics stream under NCVT pattern. As per admission prospectus for\nadmission in Electronics trade, minimum qualifications was 10th pass under 10+2 scheme or its\nequivalent with Science &amp; Maths, and admission was based on merit basis. 18 student out of 21\nappeared in exam, out which 13 were declared Passed and 5 were failed. Details of result 1985-\n87 is enclosed. No record of registration for the year 1985 (application forms and its enclosures\nare available, being 24 years old.\"\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nIncomplete &amp; misleading information.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\nThat the applicant had been replied by the SPIO.
