Respondents \n\n\tWrit Petition is  filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue  a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second  respondent to provide agricultural electricity service connection registered in Registration No.DET\/JPM\/A-83\/89-90 in the name of the petitioner to the borewell existing SF No.422-3A of Nallagoundampalayam village, Namakkal District.\n\n\tFor petitioner       \t: \tMr.R.Nalliyappan\t\n\n\tFor respondents\t\t:\tMr.J.Ravindran\n                                              -----\t\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t  Writ Petition is  filed   praying to issue  a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second  respondent to provide agricultural electricity service connection registered in Registration No.DET\/JPM\/A-83\/89-90 in the name of the petitioner to the borewell existing SF No.422-3A of Nallagoundampalayam village, Namakkal District.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.    Mr.J.Ravindran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.   By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Petitioner claims that he has made an application dated 4.1.2011 for electricity supply to his above agricultural land.  Since the     application  has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.  Mr.J.Ravindran, learned counsel for the respondents states that the application of the petitioner will be processed in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time, if otherwise in order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to take up the application if it is in order and decide the issue in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.  If any   further documents are required, the petitioner shall be intimated.  The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
