MAHESH BHAGWATI,J.\n\n\nNone present, for the petitioner.\nMr. Amit Punia, PP for the State.\n\n***\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tNone is present for the revisionist.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tChallenge in this revision is to the judgment dated 29th June, 2000 rendered by Additional Sessions Judge No.4, Jaipur City, Jaipur whereby the learned Appellate  Court dismissed the appeal of the revisionist and maintained the judgment dated 27th February 1999 passed by the learned trial Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tA perusal of the impugned judgment reveals that the revisionist accused petitioner was convicted in the offence under Section 451 &amp; 323 of IPC and he was released on probation of good conduct on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.3,000\/-  with the stipulation that he will maintain peace and be of good behaviour for a period of one year and will not repeat such offence during this period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tI do not find any infirmity in the judgment rendered by the appellate Court. The learned Appellate Court has discussed the entire prosecution evidence at length and the findings arrived at by the learned<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">-2-<\/span><br \/>\nAppellate Court are cogent and just. To my firm view, the learned Appellate Court has  already taken a very lenient view and released the revisionist on probation, instead of imposing the sentence.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe impugned judgment does not call for any interference and thus the revision petition deserves to be dismissed and it stands dismissed accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>(MAHESH BHAGWATI)J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Pc<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rajasthan High Court Bhupendra Singh vs State on 19 January, 2010 S.B.
