MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\npetition for condonation of delay of 77 days in preferring the Misc.<br \/>\nCivil Application for restoration of original Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication No. 7972 of 1995 has been filed.  It is stated that the<br \/>\ndelay took place in filing the Misc. Civil Application as on<br \/>\n24.4.2002, the registered Clerk working for the learned advocates<br \/>\nappearing for the applicants had not been present due to the tense<br \/>\ncommunal situation.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nwas issued on the respondents, but no petition opposing the petition<br \/>\nfor condonation of delay has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the grounds<br \/>\nshown, the delay of 77 days in preferring the petition for<br \/>\nrestoration is condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nCivil Application stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nMisc.
