Degree examination in<\/p>\n<p>March\/April, 2008, the result of which was declared on 18-6-2008.<\/p>\n<p>Dissatisfied with the result in one paper, namely, paper XII-Capital<\/p>\n<p>Market and Financial Services, the petitioner is stated to have filed an<\/p>\n<p>application for revaluation of the answer paper. The petitioner seeks<\/p>\n<p>expeditious completion of the revaluation process.<\/p>\n<p>       2. I have heard the standing counsel for the University who<\/p>\n<p>points out that the petitioner has neither produced the application nor<\/p>\n<p>the chalan receipt. Counsel for the petitioner would point out that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has quoted the chalan receipt number in the writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>       Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation process, if<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has applied for the same, as expeditiously as possible,<\/p>\n<p>at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, provided the application has been received and is in order<\/p>\n<p>in all respects.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        Sd\/- S.
