Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\nPresent:    Mr.Sachin Lohtiya, Advocate,\n            for Dr.Pankaj Nanhera, Advocate,\n            for the petitioner.\n\n                         *****\n\nRANJIT SINGH, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>            A Division Bench of this Court in the case of Darshana<br \/>\nDevi Versus State of Haryana and others , 2009 (1) PLR 174 has<br \/>\nheld on the basis of law laid down by the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court in<br \/>\nState of Karnataka Versus Ameerbi, (2007) 11 SCC 681 that the<br \/>\nperson working as Angarwadi worker does not hold a civil post and<br \/>\nthe recruitment process is not governed by the Constitution or any<br \/>\nStatute.
