No.39191 of 2010\n                                       Ram Chandra Das\n                                             Versus\n                                         State Of Bihar\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   18.08.2011               Call for a report from the Sessions Judge, Samastipur, why<\/p>\n<p>                 the matter in hand remained pending for consecutive eleven years<\/p>\n<p>                 unattended. He is further directed to take action against P.O.s \/ employees<\/p>\n<p>                 responsible for the same. The learned Sessions Judge is further directed to<\/p>\n<p>                 ensure that no case on this score should remain pending furthermore.<\/p>\n<p>                 Pendency of any case will be taken as a lapse on his part.<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant as O.P. No.2 in course of the day.<\/p>\n<p>                             Issue notice to Opposite Party No.2 under registered cover with<\/p>\n<p>                 A\/D as well as ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed<\/p>\n<p>                 within two weeks, failing which this application shall stand rejected without<\/p>\n<p>                 further reference to the Bench.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Rule is made returnable within three months.<\/p>\n<p>                             List the matter after receipt of the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Till appearance of O.P.
