Justice K.THANKAPPAN\n\n Dated :28\/09\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                              K.THANKAPPAN, J.\n                           ------------------------------------\n                           W.P.(C)NO. 25591 OF 2006\n                           ------------------------------------\n\n\n                  Dated this the 28 th day of September, 2006\n\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   limited   prayer   of   the   petitioner   is   for   a   direction   to   the<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider Ext.P6 and take a decision in the matter within a<\/p>\n<p>reasonable time.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.  It is seen that Ext.P6 appeal is filed against the order of the  third<\/p>\n<p>respondent  &#8211; Joint  Registrar of Co-operative  Societies,  Ernakulam.   The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is the committee member of the 4th  respondent &#8211; Bank.   As per<\/p>\n<p>the   proceedings   initiated   under   Section   44   of   the   Kerala   Co-operative<\/p>\n<p>Societies Act, 1969, the petitioner was disqualified by the authorities, as<\/p>\n<p>can be seen from Ext.P5 order.  Ext.P5 is an appealable order and Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>appeal   is   filed   before   the   Government.     Along   with   the   appeal   Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>application   for   stay   of   Ext.P5   order   is   also   filed.
