Sheojee Rai.\n                   2.   Sri Niwas Rai.\n                   3.   Anjani Rai. All are sons of Late Raj Keshwar Rai.\n                                          Versus\n                               The State of Bihar &amp; Anr.\n                                  ------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   13.10.2011           Heard    learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                   case registered under Sections 494, 498A and 406 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of D.P. Act.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering that the petitioners No. 2 and 3 are<\/p>\n<p>                   the brothers-in-law of the complainant, let the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   No. 2 and 3, above named be released on anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>                   in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                   receipt of the order on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   5,000\/- (Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each or any other surety as fixed by the Court to<\/p>\n<p>                   the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Complaint Case No. 1247 of 2010 subject<\/p>\n<p>                   to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Code of Criminal Procedure        as also subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                   following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a<\/p>\n<p>                   close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit<\/p>\n<p>                   giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           petitioners. The bailor will also undertake to inform the<\/p>\n<p>           Court if there is any change in the address of the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioners.
