Parsa, District Saran.\n                                                                                ---------- Petitioners\n                                           Versus\n             The State Of Bihar\n                                                                          -------- Opposite Party\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   05\/08\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      All the three petitioners apprehend their arrest, in<\/p>\n<p>                        connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 72 of 2010 for the offences<\/p>\n<p>                        punishable under Section 302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in<\/p>\n<p>                        the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran, are named<\/p>\n<p>                        accused in this case with general allegation of assault to the informant<\/p>\n<p>                        in a petty land dispute, wherein, some injury is said to have been<\/p>\n<p>                        caused to the grand son of the informant, who two days after when<\/p>\n<p>                        brought to the hospital declared dead. There is nothing specific about<\/p>\n<p>                        who caused any injury to the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                        furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                        sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                        Magistrate, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Parsa P.S.
