No.12271 of 2011\n                                   SADHU PASWAN\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   28.04.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>                 well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Admittedly, the victim has not stated the<\/p>\n<p>                 involvement of the petitioner in alleged crime, and after<\/p>\n<p>                 investigation police submitted final form showing the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner innocent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Taking into consideration the above stated<\/p>\n<p>                 facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                 Sadhu Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                 bonds of Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned<\/p>\n<p>                 Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Hilsa P.S.
