Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :14\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n              ----------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.6394 of 2010\n             ------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 14th day of October, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who is accused No.1 in Cr.No.734 of 2010 of Kochi<\/p>\n<p>Cusba Police Station (SC.452\/2010) for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 22(c) read with Section 8(c) of the NDPS Act,<\/p>\n<p>seeks his enlargement on bail. The petitioner was arrested on<\/p>\n<p>4\/5\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.    Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 29\/10\/2010 on his executing<\/p>\n<p>a bond for Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>the Additional Sessions Judge (Adhoc-I), Ernakulam and subject<\/p>\n<p>to the following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.6394\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      1.     The petitioner shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The petitioner shall make himself available<\/p>\n<p>             for interrogation as and when required by<\/p>\n<p>             the police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The    petitioner    shall    not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>             intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<\/p>\n<p>             shall he attempt to         tamper     with    the<\/p>\n<p>             evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.
