NO. 1104 OF 2009\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n        Dated this the 27th day of March, 2009.\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This petition is filed with a prayer to direct the Chief<\/p>\n<p>Judicial Magistrate Court, Kalpetta to release the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>on bail on the event of his surrender before that Court in<\/p>\n<p>L.P.47\/08 in ST No.4367\/99 to meet the ends of justice. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner herein had earlier moved an application as<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C.3646\/04 to quash the proceedings and this Court had<\/p>\n<p>not permitted the same but had dismissed the same with the<\/p>\n<p>observation that all the pleadings can be raised before the<\/p>\n<p>trial Court. Anyhow the matter is now in the L.P. Register of<\/p>\n<p>the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Kalpetta. In the event of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner surrendering before that Court and moves an<\/p>\n<p>application for bail let the bail application be considered as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible. In order to enable the Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>to have an expeditious disposal let the surrender and as well<\/p>\n<p>as filing of the bail application shall be done on the early<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C. 1104 OF 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>hours of the working day. The Court may also take note of<\/p>\n<p>the nature of offences while considering the bail application.<\/p>\n<p>      The Crl.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                            M.N.
