No.8706 of 2011\n                                     DUDHNATH GURU\n                                              Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>                     For the Petitioner : Mr. Braj Kishore Mishra, Advocate<br \/>\n                     For the State       : None<\/p>\n<p>2   16.03.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                               No one appears on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under<\/p>\n<p>                     Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                     and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                     has been added.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner&#8217;s prayer for bail has been earlier<\/p>\n<p>                     rejected vide order dated 27.10.2009 passed in Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                     No.35850 of 2009, a copy of which is appended as<\/p>\n<p>                     Annexure-1.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Allegation against the petitioner is that he is the<\/p>\n<p>                     sloe assailant, who caused injury to the victim due to<\/p>\n<p>                     which the victim died subsequently.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner could not make out any fresh<\/p>\n<p>                     ground for grant of bail. However, it is submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is in judicial custody since 04.07.2008.It is also<\/p>\n<p>                     submitted that only the Investigating Officer and the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            Doctor remained to be examined by the prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>                      Accordingly, this application stands rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                      However, it is expected from the trial court that<\/p>\n<p>            it should take every possible step for expeditious disposal<\/p>\n<p>            of the trial concerned preferably within six months.<\/p>\n<p>                                           ( Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J)<br \/>\nSanjay-II\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Dudhnath Guru vs The State Of Bihar on 16 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
