P1 rank list for<\/p>\n<p>appointment to the post of Staff Nurse.     In W.P(C) No. 14697\/2010,<\/p>\n<p>by Ext. P2 interim order, this Court directed the appointing authority<\/p>\n<p>to report 12 vacancies of Staff Nurse. The petitioner has now filed<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition for a direction to advice candidates against those<\/p>\n<p>vacancies. However, in Ext. P2 interim order, it has been specifically<\/p>\n<p>stipulated that   the candidates shall not be advised against those<\/p>\n<p>vacancies until otherwise ordered by this Court. That being so, the<\/p>\n<p>proper remedy of the petitioner is to get herself impleaded in that writ<\/p>\n<p>petition and seek modification of the interim order,          insofar as<\/p>\n<p>without modifying that interim order, the petitioner would not be<\/p>\n<p>entitled to the reliefs prayed for in this writ petition. In fact, on the<\/p>\n<p>same grounds, I had already dismissed W.P(C) No. 33681\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>Admittedly, the petitioner in that writ petition has filed an appeal,<\/p>\n<p>which is pending as W.A.No. 2042\/2010. In the above circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to get herself impleaded in W.P(C) No. 14697\/2010 and<\/p>\n<p>seek modification of the interim order therein.<\/p>\n<p>                                         Sd\/- S.
