No. 16627 OF 2002\n               ---------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 11th day of January, 2008.\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner approached this Court challenging Exhibit P1<\/p>\n<p>proceedings of the Sub Collector, Adoor.         It is seen that a<\/p>\n<p>standard form order has been passed imposing a fine of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.25,000\/-. Petitioner submits that no opportunity for hearing<\/p>\n<p>was given to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I quash Exhibit P1.
