Therefore, legal notice has been<br \/>\n\tserved by petitioner through advocate dated 30.4.2011 page 42 which<br \/>\n\thas not been decided and examined by respondent corporation.\n<\/p>\n<p>Therefore,<br \/>\n\tit is directed to respondent Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad<br \/>\n\tMunicipal Corporation Ahmedabad and Chief Accountant Finance<br \/>\n\tDepartment, AMC, Ahmedabad to consider aforesaid legal notice dated<br \/>\n\t30.4.2011 served by petitioner through advocate and examine<br \/>\n\tgrievance raised therein and thereafter to pass appropriate reasoned<br \/>\n\torder in accordance with service rules within three months from date<br \/>\n\tof receipt of copy of present order and communicate decision to<br \/>\n\tpetitioner immediately thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of these observations and directions, this petition is disposed<br \/>\n\tof by this Court without expressing any opinion on merits.
