No.2081 of 2009\n                  ------------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 29th day of September, 2009\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>A.K.Basheer, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>           After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the writ appeal.<\/p>\n<p>However, his only plea is that the appellant may be given some<\/p>\n<p>reasonable time to pay off the liability as directed by the learned Single<\/p>\n<p>Judge. Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case, the appellant is directed to discharge his liability on or before<\/p>\n<p>December 15, 2009, failing which it will be open to the authority<\/p>\n<p>concerned to proceed against the appellant and recover the entire<\/p>\n<p>amount with interest thereon.
