No.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection<br \/>\n                  with the case registered under Sections 406, 498A of the Indian<br \/>\n                  Penal Code and Section 3, 4, 6(2) of the D.P. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel<br \/>\n                  for the O.P. No.2 have submitted that both the parties have<br \/>\n                  settled their dispute in the mediation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering     the    aforesaid      submissions       and<br \/>\n                  considering this fact only for granting of anticipatory bail at<br \/>\n                  present, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender in<br \/>\n                  the court below within a period of one month from the date of this<br \/>\n                  order i.e. 26.09.2011 and if he surrenders within the said period,<br \/>\n                  the trial Court is directed to release him on bail, on furnishing bail<br \/>\n                  bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Rs.
