Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :08\/08\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C) No.6934 of 2006\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                     Dated 8th August, 2008.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The writ petition is filed mainly with the following<\/p>\n<p>prayers :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                        &#8220;(i) Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate<br \/>\n           writ,  direction    or   order    quashing   Exts.P4   to   P4(a)<br \/>\n           Resolutions\/decisions of the respondent Panchayat.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                        (ii) To issue a writ of mandamus commanding the<br \/>\n           respondent Panchayat to exempt the petitioner from operation<br \/>\n           of the said resolutions for the limited purpose of construction of<br \/>\n           his proposed residential building.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In view of Ext.R4(a) judgment in the case of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>himself, there is no merit in the writ petition.
