Issue notice. PF &amp; notices be filed within one week, failing which petition shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court. In the meanwhile, operation of order dt.15\/12\/2009 (Ann.1) &amp; dt.17\/12\/2009 (Ann.2) terminating services of petitioner shall remained stayed till further orders and respondents are directed to allow him to work on the post held prior thereto. Stay order will be effective only upon service of notices.
