name of fourth respondent and  contitnu’ed.=
\nPetitioner contends  gave a
\nrequisition to thejurisdictional.  as per
\nAnneXnre–R\u00a7_    his children as the
\n1<hatedars~    addition to his name.\n<\/p>\n
Accordingly}, the name of petitioner and<\/p>\n
fifth res_pondentp_inv addit’ion””to the name of fourth respondent as<\/p>\n
ifkhatiedar’-i’iof the iandsmin question. The fourth respondent on<\/p>\n
i'(;orn’i_ng “toi”‘1::,noiiy>t’hat the names of his children are entered as<\/p>\n
khatedars:  an appeal before the second respondent on the<\/p>\n
 that he has not given any request to the Tahsildar and the<\/p>\n
i  aiieged request as per Annexure–R5 is fabricated and the same do<\/p>\n
not contain his signature. Accepting the version of the fourth<\/p>\n
respondent, the second respondent passed the impugned ovrdefat<\/p>\n
Annexure–B allowing the appeal and removing the  .<\/p>\n
petitioner and fifth respondent as khatedars,    <\/p>\n

 .4. Petitioner contends that his father the fourth<\/p>\n
respoindentpherein gave representation as per Annexure–R5 dated<\/p>\n
 -‘\u00ab\u00ab___V’~8.2.2OO8.Vt__o~ enter the name of petitioner and fifth respondent as<\/p>\n
 c.fi~:.h’ate.dars of the lands in question. On the other hand, fourth<\/p>\n
” “respondent disputes and denies that he gave a representation as<\/p>\n
in<\/p>\n
per Annexure–R5. Fourth respondent further contends <\/p>\n
signature is forged on Ex.R5. Both. the author-itiesi”b\u00e9lov\\fi…_.’<\/p>\n

respondent. There is no document transferringthe right’,.title  ”<\/p>\n
interest in the lands in question  of

\nbasis of a disputeddocurnent,iirlthatacpQ’f.,tii\u00a7’_’\ufb01\u00a7a;1ds cannot be
\ntransferred     \ufb01fth respondent.\n<\/p>\n
Therefore;  ilpassediby the second and third
\nrespondents are  law.\n<\/p>\n

 ~\ufb01ledv-iall’i*ci:\u00a2i.Al suit aglainstwthe petitioner and fifth respondent for<\/p>\n
delcE.aration\u00bb,of titieljand injunction before a competent civil court.<\/p>\n
In the event ofpetitioner succeeding in the civil court, then he is<\/p>\n
 ,always entitled to approach the revenue authorities for transfer of<\/p>\n
kihatalto his name. With the above observation, I find no<\/p>\n
