Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that suffice it will be for<br \/>\n         disposal of the present writ petition, if a direction is given to respondent<br \/>\n         no.1 to treat this writ petition as a representation and to decide the claim<br \/>\n         of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within the stipulated time, as<br \/>\n         given by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2.    I have heard learned counsel for the respondents, who has submitted<br \/>\n         that they have no much objection, if such a direction is given to<br \/>\n         respondent no.1 to treat this writ petition as a representation and to<br \/>\n         decide the claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within the<br \/>\n         stipulated time, as given by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3.    In view of the aforesaid submissions, I hereby direct respondent no.1,<br \/>\n         Managing Director, Mineral Area Development Authority, Dhanbad, to<br \/>\n         treat this writ petition as a representation along with its Annexure and to<br \/>\n         decide the claim of the present petitioner, who has retired on 28th<br \/>\n         February, 2011, in accordance with law, rules, regulations, policies and<br \/>\n         the enforceable government orders, applicable to the petitioner, after<br \/>\n         giving an adequate opportunity of being heard to the petitioner or to his<br \/>\n         representative, as expeditiously as possible and practicable, preferably<br \/>\n         within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the<br \/>\n         order of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4.    If any amount is found legally payable to the petitioner, the same will be<br \/>\n         paid to the petitioner within a further period of four weeks thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5.    This writ petition stands disposed of, in view of the aforesaid directions.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                ( D.N.
