Dave submitted that other matters are before another<br \/>\nCourt (Coram : Anant S. Dave, J.) as per the roster and, hence, this<br \/>\nmatter may also be tagged along with the other group of matters. He<br \/>\nalso submitted that as per the office note, earlier  as this Court<br \/>\nwas having the same business according to the roster, the matter was<br \/>\nordered to be placed at the relevant time before this Court.
