By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final<br \/>\ndisposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.The case of the petitioner is that Dravidar Kazhagam has put up a Bus<br \/>\nShelter at Rayagiri in the year 1980, based on a resolution passed by the Town<br \/>\nPanchayat, Rayagiri on 29.08.1980.  Apprehending that the Bus Shelter put up by<br \/>\nthe said Dravidar Kazhagam in the year 1980 would be demolished and new bus<br \/>\nshelter would be put up with the M.L.A. fund, the petitioner being the Secretary<br \/>\nof Dravidar Kazhagam has made representation to the third respondent on<br \/>\n05.04.2008, requesting the third respondent to give the name to the bus shelter<br \/>\nto be newly build up, as &#8220;Thanthai Periyar Bus Shelter&#8221; and it is to consider<br \/>\nthe said representation, the present Writ Petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.Even though the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third<br \/>\nrespondent would submit that the Government has to ultimately take a decision<br \/>\nand therefore the representation made by the petitioner would be send for<br \/>\napproval to the Government and after the Government passes order, necessary<br \/>\naction will be taken.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.It is made clear that what is required by the petitioner is to consider<br \/>\nthe representation for the purpose of putting up the name of a renowned leader<br \/>\nand therefore the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third<br \/>\nrespondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2008 and<br \/>\npass appropriate orders, after following due process including the permission to<br \/>\nbe obtained from the Government and such order should be passed expeditiously.<br \/>\nNo Costs.
