\n.   and 12\/18.1.1956 for short Rules of 1950, and the<\/p>\n
1  deed executed on 13.10.19′?4, is not in breach of the<\/p>\n

\ncondition of non    of 10 years,

\nMay,  the Mysore Land Revenue<\/p>\n

    before the commencement of the<\/p>\n

grant of lease of hand, temporarily, and the grant cerii\ufb01cate
\nissued on 29.08.1974, is to be deemed as a grant under<\/p>\n

  Zpo\u00e9session of the land. Learned counsel further submits if<\/p>\n
Rule 43-.1 of the Rules, 1960. It is iastly contendge <\/p>\n
Tahsild\/ar who issued the grant certi\ufb01cate on    <\/p>\n
incompetent to impose the condition of   -V\n<\/p>\n
