With consent of both learned<br \/>\n\tadvocates, matters are taken up for final hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpresent applications are preferred by applicants with a prayer to<br \/>\n\tcondone delay in filing present Misc. civil application and also to<br \/>\n\trecall order passed by this Court on 23\/3\/2009, where matters have<br \/>\n\tbeen dismissed in default as office objection not removed in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tsubmission made by both learned advocates and averment made in this<br \/>\n\tapplications supported with affidavit, delay in filing present<br \/>\n\tapplications is condoned in interest of justice as sufficient cause<br \/>\n\tis shown by applicants to the satisfaction of this Court.  The order<br \/>\n\tpassed by this Court on 23\/3\/2009 is recalled and FA(ST) no.<br \/>\n\t3562\/2008 to 3605\/2008 are restored to original file.
