The ground stated in the application seems to be genuine<br \/>\nand reasonable, and therefore, the same deserves to be accepted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthe application is allowed.  The prisoner is ordered to be released<br \/>\non temporary bail from 10.11.2011 to 15.11.2011 on his executing a<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs.5,000\/- before the jail authority and on usual<br \/>\nterms and conditions.  The prisoner shall surrender before the jail<br \/>\nauthority at 5:30 p.m. on 15.11.2011.  Rule is made absolute.
