occurred on 14.5.2005 at about 9.00 AM, when the<\/p>\n
deceased was driving the car bearir1g–\u00bb_f”–\u00abNo’.<\/p>\n

hospjt-31A anddhdudring the course of treatment, he<\/p>\n
  on 15.5.2005. Further it is the<\/p>\n
  dVa’p”p’e11ants that, the deceased was aged 40<\/p>\n
years ar1d.\u00ab-“he was Working as a taxi driver in M\/ S<\/p>\n
dinternationai Travels, Srirampuram, Bangalore. and<\/p>\n
   the salary of Rs.4,000\/– per month and<\/p>\n
it  ‘”R0s.125\/~ per day as Bata. The said claim petition had<\/p>\n
come up for consideration before the Tribunal on<\/p>\n

22.1.2007′. The Tribunal, after hearing both sides and
\nafter analysing the oral and documentary evidence, has<\/p>\n
allowed the said claim petition in part and awaifded a<\/p>\n
sum Rs.4,66,000\/– as compensation <\/p>\n
heads with interest at 6% p.a., frorn the_–‘datei:’of ” it<\/p>\n
till its realisation, as against the<\/p>\n
appellants for a sum of Rs\u00bb.l8’;’0.Q,OOO’\/:–. <\/p>\n

dependency. Further he submitted that taking into<\/p>\n
it  ‘eonsideration the numbers of dependants, the<\/p>\n
 “appropriate deduction towards the personal expenses<\/p>\n
of the deceased would e l\/-\ufb01lth instead of 1\/Sid and<\/p>\n

 \u00bbree.o_Vrd._l not in dispute that, deceased Sri.<\/p>\n
 @ Murugesh died in the accident<\/p>\n
  occurred on 14.5.2005 at about 9.00 am. The<\/p>\n
 l..ffTvrib1.inal has awarded a sum of Rs.4,l6,000\/– towards<\/p>\n
‘  llcgssllof dependency and the same is inadequate and it<\/p>\n
it “needs to be modi\ufb01ed. ‘l%’ribuna1 has rightly taken the<\/p>\n

instead of Rs. 44,16,000\/– awarded by the Tribunal and<\/p>\n
accordingly, it is awarded.\n<\/p>\n
