The<\/p>\n<p> petitioner has already deposited 50% of the disputed<\/p>\n<p>\ufb02g\ufb01if.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>tax, penalty and interest.
