S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tOn<br \/>\n27.6.2011, the Court noticed that 656 applications were received by<br \/>\n16 Collectors, including fresh claims made by certain persons. Out of<br \/>\nthat, 618 applications were disposed of and 38 applications were<br \/>\npending. The case was adjourned to enable the Collectors to dispose<br \/>\nof the rest 38 matters and they were asked to file a chart showing<br \/>\nthe details of payment made like the earlier one which was noticed by<br \/>\nthis Court on 17.3.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMr<br \/>\nAmit Panchal appearing on behalf of the petitioners in Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.14664 of 2008 submits  that the details of 656<br \/>\napplications, as were brought to notice, which were received by 16<br \/>\nCollectors do not include the applications received by the Collector,<br \/>\nAhmedabad and no specific detail has been given.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLearned<br \/>\nGovernment Pleader sought for and is allowed two days&#8217;
