Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :22\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) No.3986 OF 2005\n               ---------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 22nd day of October, 2008.\n\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:<\/p>\n<p>      I)   Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or<\/p>\n<p>           order or direction, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents<\/p>\n<p>           not to commit any illegal activities or destruction of any<\/p>\n<p>           valuable agricultural growing in the property of the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner till the decision taken on the application of the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner, which is pending favorable consideration of the<\/p>\n<p>           Government of Kerala.\n<\/p>\n<p>      II)  Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or<\/p>\n<p>           order or direction directing the respondents to assign the<\/p>\n<p>           land in favour of the petitioner and to issue Patta to that<\/p>\n<p>           effect for the property owned and possessed by him and<\/p>\n<p>           his father on the basis of Exhibit P4 application and P6<\/p>\n<p>           reply, immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In case no action has been taken on Exhibit P4 application<\/p>\n<p>filed by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent to take appropriate action on the application filed by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>production of a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition, with notice to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                            KURIAN JOSEPH, JUDGE.\n<\/p>\n<p>smp<\/p>\n<p> KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 3986 OF 2005<\/p>\n<p>     J U D G M E N T<\/p>\n<p>      22.10.2008<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Anil Mathew vs The State Of Kerala Represented By on 22 October, 2008 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM WP(C).No. 3986 of 2005(Y) 1.
