There will be a direction to the Government to<\/p>\n<p>take a decision on the said representation with notice to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and to the affected parties. It is made clear that in<\/p>\n<p>that view of the matter I have not considered the writ petitions<\/p>\n<p>on merits and the entire contentions are left open. It is further<\/p>\n<p>made clear that till orders are passed as above the interim orders<\/p>\n<p>passed by this court will continue.
