Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   a case registered for the offence punishable under sections447,<\/p>\n<p>                   387\/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is stated that the petitioners are neighbours of the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant and have falsely been implicated in this case on account<\/p>\n<p>                   of previous enmity. The present case has been filed in order to put<\/p>\n<p>                   pressure upon the petitioners in Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                   No.162 of 2011 filed by Gulabi Devi, mother of petitioner no.4 in<\/p>\n<p>                   which the informant and her family members have been made<\/p>\n<p>                   accused. The said case was instituted on 13.6.2011 whereas the<\/p>\n<p>                   present case has been filed on 16.6.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                   surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                   the date of receipt\/communication of the order be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                   of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with G.R.
