MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tAccording<br \/>\nto the petitioners, the building plan of their premises has been<br \/>\nregularized on 27.9.2004 and a certificate has also been issued by<br \/>\nthe Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Ahmedabad on 27.9.2004. By the<br \/>\nsaid certificate, while plan has been regularized, the petitioners<br \/>\nhave been permitted to use the building. In this background, prayer<br \/>\nhas been made to direct the respondents not to seal the premises of<br \/>\nthe petitioners pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Special<br \/>\nCivil Application No.10488 of 2008 and cognate matters.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nthe present case, there is nothing on record to suggest that the<br \/>\nAhmedabad Municipal Corporation or its authorities have taken any<br \/>\nsteps to seal the premises. If any advertisement has been published<br \/>\nin a news paper, the petitioners can bring all the relevant<br \/>\ndocuments, including the building plan, certificate, etc. to the<br \/>\nnotice of the Commissioner, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation,<br \/>\nAhmedabad. If such representation has already been made on<br \/>\n25\/28.3.2008, the petitioners may enclose the said representation<br \/>\nalongwith the fresh representation.
