Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :19\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.GIRI, J\n                        -------------------\n                    W.P.(C).27395\/2008\n                        --------------------\n        Dated this the 19th day of September, 2008\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      First petitioner is a registered owner of the stage<\/p>\n<p>carriage bearing registration No.KA 19\/AC 1069 which is<\/p>\n<p>stated to be covered with a regular interstate permit on<\/p>\n<p>the route Mangalore-Kasargode, and second petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>the registered owner of the stage carriage bearing<\/p>\n<p>registration No.KA 19\/AC 9531 with an interstate permit<\/p>\n<p>on the route Mangalore-Kazargode.              According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners,  interstate permit is being issued subject to<\/p>\n<p>the payment of tax to the Government of Karnataka as well<\/p>\n<p>as the Government of Kerala. But the permits are not<\/p>\n<p>included in the interstate agreement in question when<\/p>\n<p>they had come up for renewal. Petitioners submit that if<\/p>\n<p>the permits are     included in the interstate agreement<\/p>\n<p>between the State of Karnataka and State of Kerala, then<\/p>\n<p>hey would be in a position to continue to operate the<\/p>\n<p>vehicle on the interstate permit.           A similar matter has<\/p>\n<p>been considered by this Court in Ext.P4 judgment.<\/p>\n<p>Representations filed by the petitioners before the<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).27395\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Government        as Exts.P2    and    P3   are   pending<\/p>\n<p>consideration.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    I heard learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>3.
