Heard      learned       counsels        for   the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The    petitioner          is    apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                   his arrest in a case registered under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections     147,       148,    149,        353,    332,333,<\/p>\n<p>                   323,325, 337, 436, 427 and 307 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   I.P.C. and Section \u00be of the Damage to<\/p>\n<p>                   Public Property Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               One person was electrocuted when<\/p>\n<p>                   a   group    of        200    people        including      the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner             protested            against        the<\/p>\n<p>                   incident.         In     the     F.I.R.            there    is<\/p>\n<p>                   specific          allegation          against         Rakesh<\/p>\n<p>                   Gupta,   Saroj         Kumar,        Suresh      Mahto     and<\/p>\n<p>                   Awadhesh Singh to have put the police<\/p>\n<p>                   jeep on fire.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Since            there          is       general<\/p>\n<p>                   accusation against the petitioner being<\/p>\n<p>                   member of the mob, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                   above named, be released on bail in the<\/p>\n<p>                   event of arrest or surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned court below within a period of<\/p>\n<p>                   twelve   weeks         from    today        in   connection<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        with Raxaul P.S. Case No.143 of 2010 on<\/p>\n<p>        furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>        Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>        learned     S.        D.    J.     M.
