A. No. 1785 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                             Prayer for bail on behalf of the appellant,<\/p>\n<p>                   Ranjeet Garain, was earlier rejected vide Order, dated<\/p>\n<p>                   09.09.2009, observing that if the appeal can not conclude<\/p>\n<p>                   within one year, in that event, he may renew his prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                   bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Counsel    for   the    appellant   submits   that<\/p>\n<p>                   admittedly the appeal has not been taken up for hearing<\/p>\n<p>                   and also that the appellant has remained in custody for<\/p>\n<p>                   more than seven years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering this fact, the prayer for bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   behalf of the appellant, namely, Ranjeet Garain, is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                   During pendency of the appeal, the above-named appellant<\/p>\n<p>                   is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                   Judge, F.T.C.-III, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   Sessions Trial No. 679 of 2003.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Realization of fine shall remain stayed.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n                                       (Mridula Mishra, J.)\n\n\n\nSKM                                    (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ranjeet Garain vs State Of Bihar on 17 September, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
