SIRI JAGAN, J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                   W.P.(C)No. 3444 of 2011\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n          Dated this the 2nd day of February, 2011\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The    petitioners      in     this     writ      petition   entered<\/p>\n<p>Government service after putting in prior military service.<\/p>\n<p>For the purpose of granting of higher grade, they want the<\/p>\n<p>military service also to be taken into account. According to<\/p>\n<p>them, they are so entitled to in view of                   Exts.P4 to P7<\/p>\n<p>judgments of this Court. In the above circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners have filed Ext.P8 series of representations<\/p>\n<p>before the 2nd respondent. The petitioners seek a direction<\/p>\n<p>to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8<\/p>\n<p>series of representations in the light of Exts. P4 to P7<\/p>\n<p>judgments, expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>     In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider    and     pass      orders        on      Ext.P8      series   of<\/p>\n<p>representations, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                     Sd\/-<\/p>\n<pre>\n                                                            S.
