Tarak, filed on behalf of the respondent No.4 is<br \/>\nplaced and taken on record.  According to that affidavit-in-reply and<br \/>\nminutes of the meeting held on 14.01.2011 of respondent No.4, the<br \/>\napplications for cancellation of licenses of respondent Nos. 5 to 35<br \/>\nare resolved to be rejected.  Therefore, admittedly, the cause of<br \/>\naction does not survive for the petitioner and petition was not<br \/>\npressed for any order on merits.  Learned Counsel for the respondents<br \/>\nhaving no objection to the petition being disposed of as not pressed,<br \/>\nit is disposed of as not pressed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nCounsel Mr. V. C.
