DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 22\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner convict has filed this petition seeking parole on the<br \/>\nground of attending after death rituals of his grand-mother and out<br \/>\nof 10 years of conviction the applicant has remained in jail for<br \/>\naround 7 years and 10 months.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\noverall jail record of the of the petitioner is good.  No doubt, in<br \/>\nthe past on two different occasions when the was granted furlough he<br \/>\nhad surrendered late before the jail authorities for which his<br \/>\nfurlough leave came to be forfeited.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, petitioner is ordered to be released on parole for<br \/>\na period of 15 days from the date of his release on his executing a<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs.2,000\/- (Rupees Two Thousand) on usual terms and<br \/>\nconditions.  The petitioner shall mark his presence before the<br \/>\nnearest police station once in a week.  Upon completion of the said<br \/>\nparole period, he shall surrender before the jail authorities.<br \/>\nApplication is disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOrder<br \/>\nshall be communicated to the prisoner in jail by the<br \/>\nRegistry.\n<\/p>\n<p>[Anant<br \/>\nS.
