Heard    Shri        Rajeev     Ranjan,         learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel   for     the       petitioner    and       Shri     Lalan<\/p>\n<p>                   Kumar, learned A.C. to G.p.22.<\/p>\n<p>                             The     petitioner,           who        retired       as<\/p>\n<p>                   Assistant       Teacher         from      Middle          School,<\/p>\n<p>                   Kanahariya,      Block       Dagarua,     District           Purnea<\/p>\n<p>                   with effect from 31.7.2008, has prayed for<\/p>\n<p>                   directing       the         respondents            particularly<\/p>\n<p>                   respondent      no.5    for     payment       of    his      G.P.F.<\/p>\n<p>                   amount.   It     has    been     submitted         by     learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the petitioner that except G.P.F.<\/p>\n<p>                   amount, all other retiral dues have already<\/p>\n<p>                   been cleared.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             With the consent of the parties, the<\/p>\n<p>                   writ   petition        is    being      disposed        of    with<\/p>\n<p>                   liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed<\/p>\n<p>                   representation before the District Provident<\/p>\n<p>                   Fund Officer, Purnea within a period of six<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        weeks from today. If such representation is<\/p>\n<p>        filed,   the   respondent   no.5   is   required   to<\/p>\n<p>        pass necessary order in respect of payment of<\/p>\n<p>        G.P.F. amount with admissible interest within<\/p>\n<p>        a period of one month from the date of filing<\/p>\n<p>        of representation.
