Respondents.\n\nPrayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents relating to the impugned orders in the form of letters from the 4th respondent, all bearing reference R.C.No.119\/1985 dated 19.11.2010, 2.12.2010 and 17.12.2010, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to forbear themselves from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of Arulmighu Velliangiri Andavar Devasthanam\/Thirukoil, Poondi, Semmedu Post, Coimbatore  641 114, forest land admeasuring 5 acres or       thereabouts close to the top of the Velliangiri hills at Andukulam (now known as Andichunai) and continuing the practice of making inter-alia of construction of halting places for pilgrims and for provision of other facilities to them, regulating the pathway.\n\n\t\tFor Petitioner\t  : Mr.K.Ashok Kumar\n\n\t\tFor Respondents    : Mr.S.N.Kirubanandham\n\t\t\t\t \t    Special Government Pleader\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tToday, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
