It is<\/pre>\n<p>submitted by Shri Ruprah that till next date of hearing further<br \/>\nproceedings may be stayed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       From the perusal of order sheet dated 21.6.2010, we find that<br \/>\nthe case was fixed for final arguments on 7.7.2010. What transpired<br \/>\non 7.7.2010 is not before us.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Learned counsel for petitioner is also not in a position to make<br \/>\na statement in respect of proceedings which took place on 7.7.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Considering aforesaid, we direct issuance of fresh notice to<br \/>\nrespondent no.1. Steps by next working day by Regd.
