Kuriakose, J<\/p>\n<p>        Sri.C.K.Karunakaran takes notice on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>respondent. Heard both sides. It is not disputed before us<\/p>\n<p>that Ext.P5 which is directed to be implemented under the<\/p>\n<p>impugned judgment is under challenge before this Court in<\/p>\n<p>another WPC.11528\/10 and is under stay. Under the above<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, we are of the view that it is not necessary to<\/p>\n<p>entertain this Writ Appeal further. The            Writ Appeal is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of in view of the stay order passed in<\/p>\n<p>WPC.11528\/10 against the operation of Ext.P5.
