The convict<br \/>\nhas enjoyed two furloughs, one in the year 2010 and another in the<br \/>\nyear 2011.  He has not enjoyed any temporary bail though he is in<br \/>\njail for 4 years, 3 months and 19 days as on 09.05.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same  is allowed.
