Supaul.\n                                                        ---Respondents\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   16.12.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            The prayer of the petitioner is that the Investigating<\/p>\n<p>                  Officer of Supaul P.S. Case No.251\/09, Police Station Supaul,<\/p>\n<p>                  District-Supaul (respondent no.6) be directed to investigate the said<\/p>\n<p>                  case properly registered for the offences under sections 304B\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                  the Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                  said case is being properly investigated and the husband of the<\/p>\n<p>                  deceased was also arrested and as such the allegation of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner that the case is not properly investigated is not correct.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      not inclined to interfere with the matter.
